Mostly clear skies today. Saw a sun dog. Ice crystals in the air picked up the sun's reflection, making it all sparkly. Still have not been able to get flights in from McMurdo, it’s been a week now—either bad weather here or there or both. Temps have dropped, it’s now -54F ambient and -81F with wind chill. The sun just goes round and round, will set in March.
