temps are going down. we've been losing a degree or two per day. no more -6F (our high this austral summer), now down to -40F.i leave here in a few days on feb 5 (weather permitting). will stop in mcmurdo to change planes, but unfortunately will probably not get to stay over night and visit with friends there--straight on to chrsitchurch, nz.
not sure of my travel plans from there, some nz, some australia . unusal i know for me not to have this stuff planned out. i'll just see. then back to sf and eventually to utah for my boreal summer job.
gotta go start the loader now...
