...is not bad. well at least it seemed good after working outside in the cold all morning. huddled in our little hut with the skillet and butter we'd used to grill up our semi-frozen premade turkey & cheese sandwiches, i was still hungry. only choice left was peanut butter and jelly, so i fried that up too. yummy...only a slight turkey flavor. used a flooring knife to cut the frozen butter.i was out today helping the carpenters set up a polar-haven hut/tent away from station. a storm came in during our lunch break. all we could do was cargo-strap everything down and head home. lots of lifting and shoveling. might be sore tomorrow. should sleep well tonight.
