last night (our actual halloween) went to haunted house that was so much fun. the waste department put it together in a warehouse. all dark and lots of passageways you have to feel your way through and people grabbing your legs and jumping out and lights occassionally flashing to see scary stuff and plastic stips being dropped over you to discombobulate ya. fun stuff. had to sign a waiver beforeheand about aware of risk of dismemberment and such and agreeing to leave body parts behind. hilarious.
glad i made it out before early bed (still recovering from a cold)
hoping to get energy for the big party tonight. i found a funky 70s-ish back-less dress, macrame platform shoes, a wig and a big hat. gotta find some big glasses and get someone to do makeup for me.
