this will probably be of no interest to anyone except me, but whatever...
went to medical today (for referal to physical therapist).
oxygen saturation 100%, pr 70, rr 16, temp 98.4, bp 120/70, .
when i get to pole, i'm gonna check my O2 sat level every day to see how long it takes me to get back to 100% at that altitude.
i know, i know, i'm a geek.

still at mcm. was in medical again for a cold this time.
O2 100%, pr 89, rr 16, temp 98.7, bp 111/65.
the flight nurse said the 100% was impressive. yeah but my throat still hurts. ugh

still mcm, followup for cold.
O2 99%, pr 85, rr 16, temp 97.0, bp 126/69
nurse says people usually have colder temp readings here (go figure)

still at mcm. just curious if having a cold affected O2, so went in to check. back to 100%. doctor says it's very hard for people to maintain 100% here (and we're at sea level). guess i'm doing alright. still don't know what'll happen at altitude though.
